01 How should we compare systems?

Start with the processes your current or shortlisted system already handles well. Identify the remaining handoffs, then test each option with the same data, roles, normal and exception cases, and acceptance criteria. Product versions and service scope change, so confirm current capabilities with each provider.

02 Lingxing: where does Burton fit?

If Amazon operations drive the project, assess those requirements in detail. Consider Burton when the unresolved need concerns inbound preparation, warehouse execution, customer visibility, or the work-to-billing handoff. If sales, purchasing, finance, or approvals are involved, test the cross-department process and confirm the additional scope rather than assuming Amazon coverage proves the entire workflow.

03 Saihu: how should we compare AI and service?

Use one real task to compare what each AI can read, recommend, draft, execute with approval, and log. Measure a verified result and reviewer effort. Compare migration and support using written responsibilities, sample checks, training, and acceptance, rather than relying on an AI label or an unassessed guarantee.

04 Jushuitan: connection coverage or a complete workflow?

Validate the platforms and logistics providers that are essential for Day 1, then test the workflow behind each connection. Confirm mappings, returns or cancellations, shipping updates, and error recovery. Keep reliable processes in place; a Burton pilot may add a missing workflow, coexist, or support a phased replacement if interfaces and data ownership allow it.

05 Eccang: logistics execution or coordination?

List specialized warehouse and logistics requirements first. Assign which system owns each process and data object, then compare a complete shipment or order. For custom connections, validate data, timing, volume, permissions, and failure handling; API access alone is not proof of compatibility.

06 Dianxiaomi: when does a broader platform make sense?

An order tool may be sufficient for a straightforward operation. Evaluate broader scope when teams still depend on manual exports, disconnected inventory, approvals, reporting, or custom handoffs. Keep useful existing processes. Additional cost is justified only when tested business value and control requirements support it.

07 Mabang: how can we compare and transition?

Run the same priority workflows and score business fit, configuration effort, integrations, controls, and ongoing cost. For a long-established setup, consider a limited pilot, parallel validation, and phased change rather than assuming a complete replacement is necessary. Confirm the system allowed to write live records and the criteria for returning to the prior process.

08 A shared evaluation record

Record each requirement, demonstrated evidence, remaining gap, responsible provider, implementation effort, and total cost. Include finance, warehouse users, and IT where their handoffs matter. The result should show which option fits your operation; this page is an evaluation framework, not a current vendor ranking.
