BurtonSoftware01 Scope
This notice applies to the Burton documentation center and related support interactions. A deployed Burton product or a contracted service may provide additional privacy terms that take precedence for that environment.
02 Information We May Process
We may process account identifiers, contact details, support correspondence, technical diagnostics, usage records, and files intentionally submitted for support. Do not submit passwords, full access tokens, payment information, or unnecessary personal data through public documentation or ordinary support messages.
03 Purposes and Access
Information is used to provide documentation, respond to requests, maintain security, diagnose product issues, and improve service quality. Access should be limited to personnel and providers who need it for those purposes and are subject to applicable obligations.
04 Retention and Security
Information is retained according to operational, contractual, security, and legal requirements. Burton applies reasonable administrative and technical controls, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
05 Your Requests
Subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements, requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights may be sent to support@burtonsoftware.ai. Identity or authority may need to be verified before a request is completed.
06 Updates
This notice may be revised as products, legal requirements, and processing practices change. Effective date: 2026-08-25.
