02 Operating Guide
02.1 Review Product Data
(1) Search products by channel, status, keyword, or SKU.
(2) Verify product name, SKU, image, price, status, and channel source.
(3) When an order cannot match a product, review SKU mapping, channel item records, and product status first.
02.2 Maintain Product Quality
(1) When adding or updating product data, ensure SKU, dimensions, weight, and channel identifiers are accurate.
(2) For duplicate, missing, or abnormal product records, confirm the channel source before correction.
(3) After product changes, review related order and inventory records.
