01 Operating Scenario

Integrations and Activity Logs manage the data connection between OMS and external channels and trace sync records for orders, products, inventory, shipments, and system jobs.

02 Operating Guide

02.1 Review Integration Status

(1) Open Integrations to review whether the channel is enabled, authorization is valid, latest sync time, and exception notices.

(2) When orders, products, or inventory do not sync, check the channel connection and sync records first.

(3) Channel reconnection, re-authorization, and credential updates are configuration actions and should be handled by administrators or implementation users.

02.2 Review Activity Logs

(1) Open Activity Logs and search by time, module, channel, or keyword.

(2) Pay attention to order status changes, sync failures, webhook exceptions, and permission-related records.

(3) During troubleshooting, compare Activity Logs with order detail, inventory, and reports.
