02 Operating Guide

02.1 Review Analytics

(1) Confirm channel and date range first.

(2) Review revenue, order volume, fulfillment rate, regional distribution, and channel performance.

(3) When abnormal movement appears, continue the diagnosis in Orders, Inventory, or B.U.R.T.

02.2 Use Reports

(1) Open Reports and select report type, channel, and date range.

(2) Confirm filters, field definitions, and time zone before export.

(3) Before sharing a report externally, complete internal validation to avoid scope or definition errors.
