01 Principles

Identify impact and reproduction conditions before checking account, data scope, time, channel, and permissions. Do not repeatedly submit, duplicate imports, or bypass errors with another account.

02 Standard Diagnosis

  1. Record time, page, steps, and the complete error message.
  2. Confirm account, workspace, customer, store, warehouse, and date range.
  3. Refresh and reproduce once with the same conditions.
  4. Review Integrations, Activity Logs, Approvals, and Access Control.
  5. Use sanitized business references for order or SKU issues; never attach secrets or customer private data.
